As we grow, we’re looking for experienced independent sales representatives who share our passion for the outdoors and want to help expand Hibear’s reach across the Outdoor channels. If you’re driven to foster relationships, grow brand presence, and support a company committed to sustainability and adventure, we want you on our team.
Position Overview:
You’ll play a key role in Hibear’s growth, focusing on prospecting and expanding our brand presence within your assigned territory. As an ideal candidate, you bring a strong background in outdoor industry sales, a proven track record of driving success, and a shared passion for creating a sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through strategic initiatives and partnership building in your designated territory.
- Identify and onboard new prospects that align with Hibear’s adventure-first, sustainability-driven mission.
- Visit dealers, nurture relationships, and share the Hibear story, emphasizing our award-winning products like the All-Day Adventure Flask.
- Represent Hibear at trade shows and events, spreading the word about our innovative approach to adventure travel gear.
- Conduct product training and clinics to ensure dealers and customers fully experience the versatility of Hibear products.
- Regularly report on sales progress, market trends, and dealer feedback to help refine Hibear’s approach and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in outdoor industry sales, with a demonstrated ability to grow territories and increase revenue.
- A deep passion for the outdoors and the adventure lifestyle is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, partnership-driven approach.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with creative problem-solving skills to match.
- Passion for growing a Kickstarter project from trailhead to summit, turning a bold idea into a fully realized adventure
