Job Description & Requirements

Position Overview

This position requires expert Sales and Leadership skills, strategic organizational skills, forward thinking mentality and anticipation of needs to ensure the Brand Teams and Key Account tactical day to day needs are met in an effective and efficient manner and are constantly evolving. This person will exude a passion for mining for growth opportunities. Has a capacity to make things happen with professionalism and discretion when and where needed. 

 The Key responsibilities of this position include:

Sales focus:

·         Long Range Planning/Sales Targeting/Goaling: Lead the targeting, goaling and achievement of growth initiative.

·         Seasonal Go To Market: Contribute to Seasonal Sales Meetings and GTM process.

·         Marketing/Events: Ensure operational excellence for the Partnerships and Events

·         Reporting/Data Management: Utilize HH suite of software to analyze, track and run the business. Manage ad hoc analysis of business opportunities, target accounts and identify/solve for challenges.  Sell-thru analysis and chase opportunities weekly.

·         Showroom: Ensure operational excellence. Lead, manage and execute the presentation and experience.

 

Key Account Manager Role;

·          All Sales functions for the Key Accounts for HH Sport

·          Functions include showing the line, creating assortments, order entry, order management, sell-thru efforts, product clinics, product feedback, store flips

·          3P and Drop Ship management

·          Account list subject to change

·          Marketing Event Support

·          Must have EDI, SPS, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Excel experience with large data sets

Qualifications

·          Recent experience with the Key Accounts list

·          Bachelor’s degree in business, B.A. in Business or related field desired

·          Seven plus years of experience in the ski/outdoor industry, apparel a plus

·          Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

·          Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects on a seasonal basis

·          Excellent process management skills

·          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·          Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

·          Team and Customer Service Attitude and mentality

·          No task too small or too big mentality

·          Experienced Skier/Snowboarder

 Salary   $120k  

Bonus up to 20%

Location Denver

Travel 40-50%
