We are seeking an individual who can take the reigns and build/manage the experience components for resort guests.
The activity components will become defined around the strengths of the individual but may include most of the following:

- Arrange and set up necessary activity areas at appropriate times
- Merchandise activity schedule to resort guests throughout the property to ensure the availability and variety of activities is known and that the experience is recognized
- Work with resort departments to develop and promote activity/room packages for future demand generation
- Work with / train resort staff to ensure knowledge of activity components and abilities to communicate effectively with guests
- Coordinate activities with resort tour operation, resort food & beverage operations, local vendors and outside experts to ensure quality and timely delivery of activities
- Work with and manage third-party social media team to schedule and collect quality content and timely delivery of messaging against seasonal opportunity periods
- Become the resort's resident nature "expert"... presenting informative talks and leading nature tours
