Ski Technician

Duties
- Service, repair, mount alpine touring and telemark boot/binding systems
- Perform ski tune-ups, including edging, waxing, and base repair
- Wintersteiger edging machines, Montana Crystal Glide stone grinder
- Troubleshoot boot/binding systems malfunctions
- Maintain repair schedule and meet deadlines
- Maintain shop tools, equipment, and workspace
- Inform and assist customers with repair and warranty options
- Assist customers with rental/demo equipment set-up, instruction, and inspection

Know-how
- 1-2+ years of ski tuning experience
- Mounting skis, base repair, edge work, base grinding and waxing
- Experience with Wintersteiger and Montana Crystal Glide stone grinder is a plus
- Excellent customer engagement on a professional and personal level
- Be able to independently meet deadlines and schedule work efficiently
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and integrity
- Knowledge of all types of ski bindings, from alpine touring to nordic
- Strong attention to detail and mechanically inclined
