At TAC we work as a team, supporting each other in our roles.

We are looking for experiences Adventure Guides/Outdoor Educators, espeically Biking Guides! Full time, part time and on call work available May through October with potential for winter snowshoe guiding as well. Candidates must possess 1 years of guiding/outdoor education experience, Wilderness Advanced First Aid or higher, and working knowledge of the North Lake Tahoe area and recreation. We place emphasis on leadership, risk management, human powered adventures and customer service experience and have a preference for those who have guided commercially in the past. Daily rate based on experience.

-          Team Building

-          Outdoor education

Compensation starts at $120+/ trip plus gratuity. Job includes sick time, industry discounts and the opportunity to work with other outdoor enthusiasts.
