Job Title:

Stan's Marketing Coordinator


Position Purpose:

Stan’s has an immediate opening available for a Marketing Coordinator. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for assisting in all marketing activities with particular emphasis on reporting, planning, communications, and the curation and distribution of assets and information. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organization.


This is a full-time position that requires minimal travel and may be based in AZ, CO, NY, PA, UT, WA, or WV. The company conducts most business within the Eastern time zone.


Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

      Assist in creating and oversee execution of annual marketing plan, including preparation and management of marketing calendar

       Assist with management and placement of ads, including media buys, file transfers, invoice management and submission for payment

       Manage organization of product photo, video, and copy assets and distribution to internal and external partners

       Schedule and coordinate product reviews and media engagements

       Manage website product data and content updates

       Create and manage partner and public-facing tech documents, sales sheets, and related collateral to support sales and product teams

       Coordinate with freelance graphic design, video, photography and copywriters to produce high-quality creative content on schedule

       Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, assist in creating and presenting regular marketing performance reports, and recommend additional performance metrics

       Manage sponsored athlete and ambassador communications and product needs

       Manage event logistics, communications, planning, and product needs    

       Represent company in public-facing communications and at events and trade shows

       Monitor brand and product perception online and across social channels

      Assist in planning and curation of brand social media content and strategy and prepare content for sharing

Required Qualifications:

       Experience with brand and/or product marketing strategies

       Familiarity with Google Analytics or related performance analysis tools

       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

       Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

       Experience with Google G-suite (Sheets, Docs)

       Excellent organizational skills

       General to advanced knowledge of modern mountain, gravel, and road bicycles and the cycling community

       Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

       Experience working independently within cross-functional teams

       Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns







Preferred Qualifications:

       Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools

       Digital advertising experience

       Experience with Magento or similar site use

       Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop

       Basic knowledge of SEO

       Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and rudimentary site design

       Trade show or event management experience

       Media buying experience
