Independent Sales Representative – Aparso Outdoor Apparel & Footwear
Aparso is a fast-growing performance outdoor apparel and footwear brand based in Canada, dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative, and functional products for adventure seekers across North America. As we expand our presence in the U.S. and Canada, we are seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to represent our brand in open territories.
Product Lines
-
Performance Outdoor Apparel (3-layer shell jackets, insulated jackets, down parkas, snow jackets, mid-layers, accessories, etc.)

Outdoor Footwear (hiking boots & shoes, trail running shoes, trekking shoes)
Ideal Candidate
-
Has an existing portfolio of retailers, buyers, or dealer networks in the outdoor, lifestyle, or sporting goods channel

Passionate about outdoor activities and understands technical product needs

Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

Familiar with regional market trends and able to provide product and market feedback

Experience representing outdoor brands is highly preferred
Responsibilities

Represent the Aparso brand and introduce our product lines to qualified retail accounts

Develop and maintain long-term B2B relationships with buyers and store owners

Attend regional trade shows, dealer meetings, and in-store events when applicable

Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to the Aparso internal team

Support seasonal sell-in and long-term territory growth
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Competitive commission structure with growth incentives is offered for high-performing representatives. Long-term partnership opportunities are available as the brand grows.
