Pacific Mountain is seeking independent sales groups that are motivated to grow with our brand and are results driven. 

Pacific Mountain is a provider of quality, price point outdoor footwear that comes equipped with features such as Memory Foam, Nylon Shank, and full waterproof booties. We utilize quality materials and stand by our products construction with our manufacturer’s warranty program.   You can rest assured that we will always treat your accounts with respect and provide them with best-in-class customer service. 

We've experienced tremendous growth in the Brand's nine year run and feel now is the time to accelerate our growth path outside of the existing territories and retail partners that we are currently conducting business with.  We are looking for qualified independent sales professionals to start targeting specialty and key account retailers in the Southeast, Midwest, Mid Atlantic and East Coast to continue the brands Nationwide growth initiatives.  

Requirements and Skills

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. 

- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities

- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. 

- Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products.
