Job Description
Our Fishewear Sales team is looking to hire an Independent Sales Representative. The right candidate will be professional and engaging while building and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Customer service, flexibility, and professionalism are a must!
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and work well with a variety of personalities. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle, provide their own transportation and manage their own schedule. Knowledge of the FisheWear Brand is a must and knowledge of the fishing industry and women’s outdoor apparel/gear is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation of product program and new products to retailers
Execution of monthly targets, annual sales forecasting, and monthly updates
Making sales call to current and potential retailers
Coordinate retail customer marketing activities
Demonstrate product knowledge
Requirements:
At least 21 years of age
2+ years experience in outside sales in outdoor apparel industry
Strong communication, time management and decision-making skills
Ability to work well with a variety of personalities
Ability to organize and pre-plan
Must be able to work independently with minimum direction
Job Type: Contract
Job Pay: Commission Only
