Far Bank Enterprise is seeking a specialized travel professional to join our Fly Water Travel team in the role of Destination Manager. The Destination Manager is expected to foster and participate in a collaborative work environment while balancing the needs of staff, vendors, and customers.

SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Sales Travel and the Director of Travel Operations, the Destination Manager joins the team of specialized travel professionals who assist anglers and adventurers in selecting and booking domestic and international trips. It includes working closely with the Directors, both clients and vendors, and creation and management of on-line calendars as well as program development. A collaborative team who assists one another in general office information management and phone support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 4+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated project management skills with known ability to multi-task while planning and organizing schedules and events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proven excellent customer service
- Must be a fly angler
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word with agility to learn new software programs
- An experienced traveler is advantageous
