General Summary

KEEN is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and visionary Senior Product Manager who deeply understands the Go To Market (GTM) processes as well as technology and toolsets that support the GTM business functions. The Senior Product Manager would work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall process, experience, and technology toolsets to help our marketing, merchandising and planning business functions work together to drive a better Go To Market process.

The Senior Product Manager develops, leads, and implements the organization’s project portfolio across various business functions and multiple regions. This role translates product vision into specific product features and implements long-term planning through regular road mapping. They prepare and lead refinements and planning within the team and works closely with the global technology teams using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The Senior Product Manager provides guidance in assessing product opportunities and risks. This role leads and serves as the single point of contact for a group of business functions with a strong coordinating role to ensure product vision and strategies are realized.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Uses a data driven approach to redefine the priorities of the product category. Leads discussions with stakeholders to gain alignment on recommendations. Manages prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational support, while always maintaining regulatory constraints
  • Creates the product vision and roadmap. Drives growth opportunities for one or more product category(s). Leads larger scale initiatives to ensure they are on time, on budget and meet the needs of the business
  • Creates innovative functional solutions to boost the product area. Utilizes knowledge of the market, competition, and current trends. Solves problems and complex challenges by offering viable solutions
  • Uses Discover/Define approach to organize and lead workshops with product users to discover and validate hypotheses, as well as work out the best solutions for the Product
  • Assesses business value, develops business cases, and prioritizes stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with product strategy
  • Leads change management for projects leveraging tools and methodologies to assess and identify change and to deliver change mitigating needs to the business
  • Identifies documentation needs. Articulates and guides the creation of various documentation needs such as business process flows, use cases diagrams, user journey mapping, training documentation etc.
  • Works with key stakeholders to ensure execution of vision into the specific product features on the digital platform

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, information technology or related field. Master’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience preferred. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Eight (8) years of product ownership experience including soliciting and writing business requirements and managing a product backlog
  • Documented Agile product lifecycle experience required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner a plus
  • Prosci certification a plus
  • Experience in Go To Market business functions with understanding of marketing, merchandising, and planning processes 

Travel Required
