Customer Service Representative

Lems is seeking a driven, outgoing and hard-working Customer Service Representative that can assist in the daily operations of our footwear company. We are an exciting, fast-paced company that works hard and has fun while doing so. As we continue to grow, we would like to add members to our small team that are passionate and motivated to help elevate our growth. We are a small company of seven, looking for an individual that can work well in a team environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats in a prompt and professional manner through Zendesk

• Use e-commerce platform Shopify to place orders

• Determine defective issues and process warranty claims

• Process returns

• Attend monthly customer service meetings

• In-depth knowledge of Lems Shoes 

• Work during major sales which does include working during holidays and weekends

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years experience in customer service

• Knowledge of minimalist footwear and its benefits preferred, or ability to learn the ins and outs of the shoe industry and Lems Shoes specifically

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive 

• Positive attitude and team player

Job Type: 

• Full-time 

• 35 hours/week - 8 am - 3 pm

• Competitive Hourly Pay
