Job Description & Requirements

Rapala USA is an icon in the fishing industry and is home to many well recognized brands. We do all of our US distribution from our facility in Eagan, MN and we are looking for people to join the team. Here's some of the things we do on a daily basis:

• Utilizing a radio frequency scanner device picking items sequentially to cart/carton for consumer or retail channel
• Following all customer compliance requirements
• Validating pack lists and labels to ensure accuracy and packing customer orders
• Delivery of packaged items to their perspective shipping locations
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping by keeping all areas clean
• Following all plant safety rules (may participate on safety teams)
• Meeting the department productivity standards
• Must have reliable transportation
• Complete training of all order functions
• Be able to safely handle box cutter (utility knives)

• Loading outbound freight, including prep, wrapping, placarding, labeling, and palletizing
• Replenishment of items utilizing radio frequency scanner directed to their respective locations
• Unloading containers, and trucks
• Utilizing warehouse management system and radio frequency scanning devices to receive and designate locations
• Operate various warehouse fork-lift equipment
• Item put-away as directed by WMS and hand held scanner devices
• Item maintenance including product re-organization
• VOLUNTARY OVERTIME
