Job Description & Requirements
Now Bikes is hiring a full-time Experienced Bicycle Mechanic for our St Paul and Arden Hills locations.
If you have shop experience as a bicycle mechanic and want to work in a professional high-end/ high-quality bike shop we have a spot open for the right individual that wants to do more with their skills than working on the same bikes day after day.
We sell and service premier Tri, Road, Gravel, Ebikes, Fat, and Mountain bikes and need to add to our technical staff. Our bike brands include Cervelo, BMC, OPEN, 3T, Pinarello, Santa Cruz, Scott, Salsa, Otso, and more.
Compensation is very competitive. If you race, that's great too, we can work it out. Previous shop experience is a must. We have 2 locations in St Paul and Arden Hills.

Qualification requirements
- 2-5 or more years of professional wrenching experience in a bicycle shop
- Team attitude and ability to self-manage time well
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable interacting with customers
