Mission & Scope:
The primary function of this position is to lead the Customer Care Team.
You will work directly with Retailers, Independent Reps, and End Users, ensuring that orders are processed quickly and correctly, that users questions are answered and that any warranty claims are processed, as well as oversee the CS2 position who will help get these tasks done.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assure complete customer satisfaction at all times.
• Process / manage incoming orders, pre-seasons and backorders, and ensure that they are entered correctly and delivered electronically to the warehouse for fulfillment. This will include managing some orders in an EDI environment.
