General Responsibilities
Overall – This person will assist the Eastern Sales Manager in providing outside sales, and service coverage of the insole market, with a focus on key regional and national accounts. This person will also assist the Eastern Sales Manager in working with, and supporting independent territory reps. This will include sales and business development in the following footwear market segments: (1) sports dealers including run specialty, outdoor, hockey, soccer, ski, etc. (2) comfort and orthopedic footwear retail stores, (3) medical including podiatry, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, pharmacies, and other related specialties, (4) industrial footwear dealers, (5) department stores.
 
Specific Responsibilities
Account development and maintenance of new and existing accounts.
 
Service all priority accounts, providing training (clinics), insuring proper merchandizing of the product, and servicing all other customer needs as may arise.
 
Move the sales process forward to the next level within a broad cross-section of existing accounts and new prospects.
 
Assist with trade shows, health fairs, special company or community events.
 

Geographical coverage  Primary focus (but not limited to) North and South Carolina and Tennessee.

Preferred place of residence:  Charlotte, NC or close proximity to the Charlotte greater area.

Compensation: A competitive overall package which includes base plus commission. Health care benefits and retirement savings programs (401K) are available. Superfeet is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan.)

 

Requirements:  General sales experience in the footwear or related industry. Outside sales experience. A bachelors degree is a plus. Must have good driving record. A drug screen will be required for final consideration.
