Supervisor: Marketing Manager

Content Creator:
The content creator (CC) should have experience in videography, photography, and design for marketing materials. The CC will be responsible for daily posting on social media and following a marketing schedule to capture content and edit. The CC needs a strong background in graphic design and video editing software. The successful candidate should have the ability to tell a concise and captivating story about what makes Cashion Rods different. Educating consumers will be a major focus of the CC. The ideal candidate would be an angler that knows the terminology and keeps up with current trends in the fishing universe and specifically in the bass fishing world.
The importance and relevance of the below will be maintained through a clear scheduling and communication process to be built and developed by the Marketing Manager directly. Cashion Fishing Rods requires the responsibilities below to be self managed. The Marketing Manager should not have to verify or micro-manage the processes by which the responsibilities are accomplished. Whatever tools or personnel are needed to accomplish the tasks are available but will require communication and solicitation in a timely manner. If a task is not accomplished, the burden of accountability is on the Content Creator
Cadence of Review Schedule: 30 days, 90 days, Bi-Annually
Responsibilities
Content Creation:

Create both studio and lifestyle imagery of all products for website and social media

Storytelling ability to accurately tell the Cashion difference
YouTube:
-
With help of Marketing Manager develop a strategy for Cashion YouTube Series

Rod Descriptions - discussing features or rod specifications
-
Pro’s Deck - shot with professional bass fisherman on techniques
-
In the Salt - shot with professional saltwater guides on techniques
-
Produce and Edit weekly video post
-
52 per year
-
Solicit, create, produce content with Elite, MLF, and Open anglers for YouTube and social media

Consistent Viewership growth and interaction
-
Respond to comments within 12 hrs
Graphic Design:

All graphic and design work, including but not limited to the following:
-
Graphic design for website, social media, etc

Logo and decal creation
-
Work with production team to print decals
-
Design all marketing materials, i.e. flyers, hang tags, banners, etc
Apparel:
-
Pictures of new apparel for website and marketing
-
Potential design for new apparel
Expos, Tournaments, and Content Trips:

Must organize and lead four content trips per year

Attendance will be required at some shows and tournaments for agreed upon locations

Overnight travel will be required

May be asked to attend ICAST & Bassmaster Classic for Cashion Rods
Catalog:

Create new catalog for each year - completed by Dec 1

Update catalog as new items are released
